Everything was very good, we had good 3 days here. All the employees where top-class and attentive. The room was spotless and impressive, with a safe, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar. We loved that the hotel was 14 minutes drive from the airport.

The staff is welcoming here, the services are excellent, and location is fantastic really close to stores, supermarket, entertainment and church, the main mall, restaurants. Facilities are great, and there's shuttle to the mall.

I liked my stay at this amazingly comfortable hotel, magnificent rooms. Venue staff were so professional. Really pretty views and small garden. Cold drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise. In the restaurant they served Italian cuisine dishes.

Beautiful building, very polite personnel, great quiet rooms. They put safety first, offer smoke detectors in rooms. Do n't forget to explore Downtown Cancun district. There also was easy parking and good pool. Thanks, we had a perfect 10/10 stay here.
